What vet clinics need online
Pet owners searching for a vet are often stressed. Most clinic websites don't help — no service info, no emergency hours, no guidance for new pet owners. This layout answers those needs upfront.
"When someone's worried about their pet, emergency information should never be more than one tap away."
Key priorities for this project:
- Emergency hours and after-hours guidance on every page
- New pet owner welcome guide for first-time visitors
- Service pages covering wellness, surgery, dental, and urgent care
- Warm, approachable design — not cold or clinical

Designed for anxious pet owners
I mapped the questions and concerns pet owners have when choosing a vet, then structured the site to answer them before the phone rings — the same process I'd follow for any veterinary client.

Three insights shaped the design:
- Emergency info is non-negotiable. After-hours guidance must be one tap away on mobile.
- New pet owners need hand-holding. A welcome guide for first visits reduces anxiety and no-shows.
- Warmth wins. Friendly copy and thoughtful layout beat stock-photo clinical aesthetics.

A friendly homepage with emergency banner, service pages with visit prep guides, and booking CTAs throughout.
